Very good

The quality of the item was adequate compared to the challenging geometry. The staff was helpful and flexible. Manufacturing and shipping were much faster than indicated on the website! It might have helped to discuss the limitations of the process before producing the first sample. But this was probably due to the indirect communication ways. Communication would have been more efficient with a direct channel.

3D Fabriek was open to communicate about the specific requirements for the print. Order was for 120 parts in two colors and it was done quickly, in comparison to other 3D print services. Prices was good. Overall quality was good but there are few minor deficiencies (primarily holes) that should not impact the functionality of the parts.
