Experience was positive. A few of the pieces that came through initially were broken, but printer promptly replaced. Would use them again.

Items were well packed but 4 of these dwarves did not fare so well during shipping. Not a big deal as all broken weapons can be re-attached. Some items need more cleanup but that is normal. I'm a repeat customer and I will be again as I have been satisfied vs my experiences with other shops.

Very small print defects on two parts but will not affect usability. All in all satisfied with purchase.

Fantastic models with minimal broken parts from shipping. Easily glue able. I will be getting more models from this printer.

Excellent quality prints. Well protected in shipping.
