Won't order here again. 2 figures are broken / missing parts and appear to have broken before shipping. The parts are not in the box and they show as whole in their photo. They asked me about another break and included reprints on supports which I appreciate but it will take some work to clean them up. Not worth the fight to get reprints. Will go back to my usual supplier.

回复: So I see the picture I sent is shows no damage. Not sure how its determined broken before shipping. USPS and all carriers don't always respect senders request to handle with care that is why I can offer a reprint.

Prints came on the exact date stated, unfortunately, some of the finer details broke off. A reasonable expectation for such a delicate product.
