Great quality, very fast service, and great communication. I highly recommend this place for 3D printing.

Shipping took too long. Waited more than a month for the item to arrive, crazy high shipping cost. Turns out they paid for the slowest shipping. Shipping fee was a rip off. For that price, for a small package one would expect priority shipping. I’ve ordered something thrice the size of this item before from someone else and it only took 1 week for shipping. The shipping process was also unnecessarily delayed as the seller failed to notice my package was damaged. Seller failed to communicate with me about damaged packaging. I had to reach out to them first after noticing my tracking number was stuck in pre-shipment status for the whole week. It’s as if they didn’t know about the problem, until I brought it up. Disappointed with the unnecessary delay in shipping, and unreasonably high shipping cost. Dimensions of the final print are off. Can’t fit back cover into panel. Screws won't fit mounting holes. The back cover is bent, not flat.

Chris is my go to 3D print guy... I use him for all my prototyping needs.
