great quality and very understanding when items were lost by the postal service.

Very good feedback with the printer. They delivered fast and did several runs until the print came out nicely. It wasn't really as smooth as I expected, but they explained that was from the design in the 3D model. This was my first time printing 3D and I am satisfied with the proccedure.

Arrived promptly, and was kept well informed, with emails immediately after the unit was printed and shipped.
