Friendly and fast! Talk about quality... they even fixed a model I uploaded so that it will snap together more soundly. My items came to me already cleaned up and in excellent shape with intelligent packing to arrive undamaged. Will be coming back with future prints!

I'm not sure why I would need a 3d printer of my own, and all the headaches that come with it, with the service and quality like what I received.
