He did more than asked to do and got me the product quickly.

As usual, KC Metrotech service and print quality is superb. My model had some design issues resulting in poor prints but they went above and beyond my expectation, tweaking printer parameters to maximize quality. I am very impressed and I am a repeat customer.

Wonderful manufacturer with very timely communication and shipping. I don't know enough about additive manufacturing to comment on best practices and techniques, but the case I ordered (from another developer's design) fits my Pi B3+ w/ PoE HAT perfectly.
