They absolutely went above and beyond on customer service. I have already recommended them to several of my friends.

Camera mount is not usable due to print quality

回复: TPU is notoriously stringy and that's the only issue we can identify with the print. We reached out to the customer to offer a reprint in resin, which is much higher quality, but wanted to figure out why the print is actually unusable first, to ensure the reprint would be usable. We never received a response. Unfortunately, we can't figure out ourselves why some stringiness would make the print unusable.
