Some of the items of my order had very delicate parts, and Chris went above and beyond to package them so that they wouldn't arrive damaged. Would order from again.

CON:
-This was our first Print. The engine block we printed had a section which was to thin for printing. We where not told this and now that part was only partially printed. Since the print is for showing posiblities of object tracking SDKs we have to modify the original model so it will fit the printout. If we would have know we might have searched for a different model.
-We had to remove fillings which were not part of the print. This also confused us at the beginning since I did not know.
-Some parts (overhangs) have not been printed very well. We found out that this can happen with overhang places because they are hard to print. I whish I would have been told about this bevorehand. Again if we would have know we might have searched for a different model.
Unica was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to communicate in-depth about the needs and specifications of the project and anything relevant to the project's printing. Would definitely order from Unica again!
The plastic sliders on my beyerdynamic dt 770's broke and these were a perfect replacement. There was a bit of shrinkage, but still worked fine. I am overall satisfied with my purchase and the print quality.
I am new to 3D printing. Cape Olive recognized a problem with one of the designs after it was printed and re-printed at no charge. He also noticed that I ordered the wrong color of one item and brought that to my attention before printing something that would not have been usable. I can see why he is highly rated. Excellent service.
