great communication

Louis is THE KING of 3D printing. I met him, he's great. This was my first time having a Thing printed, and so I had many questions for him, going down different avenues. He was very patient with a newbie. Part of the Thing design had to be touched up in order to work. He was able to do the rework. And the printed results are great. I'm very satisfied.

Very helpful, put up with my complete lack of knowledge about 3d printing, and let me know the best method of printing for my model, and readjusted the order hassle free to proceed with the improved quality. Looks great with only a few areas that need some excess material taken off. Very happy and hope to use again in the future :)

I printfile was flawed and made the part worthless. This was NOT the manufacturer's fault. Jason did the best he could however I wish he'd notified me before shipping. He would likely made more money to since I would have told him to not ship. I'd use him again.
