No "Communication" needed with printer, but a 5 star rating due to the other results. Product printed exactly as ordered. A bit of cleanup necessary for material left from printing (to be expected). Fits nicely on my Osmo Pocket and on the GoPro mount it's supposed to fit. The fit for the lighted areas it covers is perfect (kudos to the 3D file), showing the lights through the cutouts nicely. Where it meets the touch-screen I was concerned that the ability to sweep up from the bottom might be hindered somewhat, but it wasn't at all. The phone adapter plug slides in as it is meant to with the item in place. This file was supposed to be the "heavy duty" option; a thicker version, and doesn't seem to be, but that wouldn't be the printer's fault, if indeed that's the case, and it seems that it will be sturdy enough if I'm not rough on it. Shipping was fast. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my order. Thanks!

First of all, as for speed, if it arrived as normal (no one is at fault for arriving late, maybe USPS) it quick, very quick. Second, for quality, amazing, better than it's original part. Third, communication, it's been one of the only times that they actually came to check on my order when they see there's something wrong.

The quality of the printed parts are pretty good though there is a little bit of ringing present. Might need to tighten the belts but overall, as stated above, the parts are otherwise great!

Very nice and detailed

Thanks for the quick and uncomplicated print. Sadly the quality of the printed surface isnt the best. There are a lot of scratches and some bumps in the printed peaces. Wouldnt recommend this manufacturer.

Very happy about overall quality, price, and speed; will use the service again. Unfortunately the item wasn't packed well and one of the two tabs broke during shipment (see picture).

Parts were printed quickly and to a good quality. The seller had excellent communication. Would definitely print more parts using this supplier.

Fast and great print!

Quality of small parts (2 bender plates) was fine and comparable to that of other manufacturers. Quality of cylindrical canister was marginal. Several rough areas that will need cleanup and sanding. Usable for prototyping (which is what I need at the moment) but not as a final production part. Quality of large enclosure was substandard. I have received versions of this basic part over the development process from different manufacturers (from 3DHubs), usually from PLA, and all have been of better quality than this. Many rough areas and a lot of sanding will be required to smooth the parts to a reasonable finish. There was also evidence of damage/breakage that was glued back into place, probably during the cleanup process (what there was of it). I do not have an issue with the manufacturer being paid for the work (as I said, I need these for prototyping) but I will not use this manufacturer again. Cost was less than others, but you get what you pay for. Caveat emptor.
