I ordered two items, one arrived with two holes (red circles in pic) & excess plastic melted on (green pic). I contacted the manufacturer who said it was the 3D model’s fault and I should try ordering different materials. I knew it wasn’t the 3D model’s fault as this specific model has been used many MANY times.
I told manufacturer I wasn’t happy and got no reply.
Contacted Treatstock, explained the problem, sent pics, & Treatstock told me my refund would be processed. They even acknowledged that there was nothing wrong with my model.
Upon looking back I realize now that the pictures that were sent to me for approval are only the sides of the pieces that appear to look nice, the backsides are the damaged portion. This was a complaint I later saw that other buyers had from this manufacturer.
Manufacturer messaged me later to tell me “they didn’t want me to be unhappy” so they’d refund my money, even though Treatstock had done it nearly a day earlier. Complete waste of my time.
