The photos sent by supplier of completed project appear to be light blue but my order called for white. I posted two questions to supplier to question the color but I never received a response. Communication by supplier needs improvement. The final product I received is perfectly fine though... it's white, just like I ordered.
I received partially cured products poorly packaged. While the packing didn't prove to be an issue the partially cured items were tacky to the touch and stank of resin. As I have an elderly dog, I got rid of them immediately. Only half the order was useable and safe to handle. The seller said they'd reprint the order but I haven't heard anything since
I had a great experiences with BTran. I received my orders very quick (in 5 days). BTran has communicated with me during the process and make sure everything is Ok before he shipped to me. I even asked him to have one extra duplicated order but he gave me free of charge for this(thank you)
