One for the price of six. I ordered six of an item in four different materials, in four different materials, for an engineering comparison. From this vendor, I only received one, even though the price for six was (and still is) the same as the price for one, since it's a small part. I'm sure this was Treatstock's fault, not the vendor's. It would help if Treatstock actually, you know, sent a confirmation email with what you ordered instead of a web link to an ever-changing electronic order. The print itself was okay. It broke in a place where I've never had one break before, and there were visible air gaps in a 100% infill print. It was about 8% lighter than the same part printed at home in the same material. I think the main problem was printing the weakest point on the Z-axis.

They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected for a $15 (incl shipping) order. I placed the order in early morning March 3rd, they emailed me the same day pointing out that the model I sent them from Thingiverse might need some minor tweaks to function better and asked me whether to proceed. They then implemented the minor tweaks FOR ME and sent me both the original un-tweaked version AND the tweaked version FOR FREE (since it was a small item/tweak). We live near each other so the shipping was very fast and I received the prints on March 5th. That's right, this all happened from March 3rd to March 5th, just 2 days for all that communicating, printing, and sending. They are clearly passionate about what they do. If and when I print some more things, I'm going to go out of my way to choose them as my printer.

speed and communication was great the quality is ok i wish a bit more definition on some of the pieces. Otherwise im sure happy with the work and it all went together very well.

slight issue with broken edges on the same place on multiple copies of a part, but otherwise a 5-star experience all around. I'd definitely order from them again.
