Given I ordered close to Christmas and during brexit and a covid crisis lol - I wasn't expecting until January- but turned up sooner with relatively quick turnaround- they notified me of an error in my design for clarification that everything was as it should be - communication was fantastic- will most likely use again at some point

Delivery time not clear from the beginning. Took too many weeks to deliver. The initial delivery was missing one piece. The second delivery took one week more. Communications were not fluent, response time took around 2 days or more.

Our test part was printed in brown PLA. We were pleased with the results. The manufacturer managed to preserve all the fine elements and the intricate details such as "antennas" on the top of the model and achieved a smooth surface finish. All the dimensions of the part turned out precise.

The quality of the print is pretty good: the surface is smooth and flawless, the key elements and intricate bridges on the top of the model are neat. All the dimensions of the part are precise.
