Given I ordered close to Christmas and during brexit and a covid crisis lol - I wasn't expecting until January- but turned up sooner with relatively quick turnaround- they notified me of an error in my design for clarification that everything was as it should be - communication was fantastic- will most likely use again at some point

3D Creative Touches is a manufacturing company based in Vero Beach, Florida. The company specializes in FDM technology and offers to print in PLA and TPU filaments in various colors. Our test part was completed within 24 hours. The item came out as expected, the surface is neat and shiny, the dimensions are precise as well.

Delivery time not clear from the beginning. Took too many weeks to deliver. The initial delivery was missing one piece. The second delivery took one week more. Communications were not fluent, response time took around 2 days or more.

Paul was great! As always, very helpful and quick. Always a safe bet printing through here.

Well-made pieces. I was worried about consistency since there are 66 of them but all the pieces look great.

There was no communication with the supplier. Treatstock should make this field optional.
