The part itself isn't exactly as expected but that has nothing to do with the printer. The printer was awesome, got the part made quickly, and shipped it to me quickly. If I had one complaint it's that this printer used traditional Styrofoam packing peanuts in the shipment, and it would've been nice if they were the biodegradable type instead. But that's a relatively minor nit to pick. If I get printed parts again I'll definitely use this printer.

Very happy with the detail on the model, only minor cleanup will be required (expected).

They provided 2 copies of the model I requested with no additional charge. The first was ok quality but it looks like they then rotated the stl and printed it again with much better results. This extra attention was above and beyond.

Our test model was completed in gray resin within less than a day to good quality. The item came out as expected: all the key surface elements turned out well, the dimensions of the piece are precise too.
