One model I sent wasn't oriented right and he fixed that (asked first) I made the order over the holidays so it took a little longer but he communicated clearly about the schedule.
Excellent job! My only complaint is with the Post Office; it took a week longer than it should have to get from Long Island to SE CT. But the quality of the work is superb. I will use this service again.
