To assemble, this requires two PC fan screws and two wall mounting screws. Attach the tray to the mounting block and test the fit on the wall. Make sure to mark the intended position of the mounting block. Then remove the tray and screw the mounting block to the wall. Finally, use the fan screws to attach the tray to the block again. You may want to use double-sided tape to ensure the Hub is secure.
