Won't order here again. 2 figures are broken / missing parts and appear to have broken before shipping. The parts are not in the box and they show as whole in their photo. They asked me about another break and included reprints on supports which I appreciate but it will take some work to clean them up. Not worth the fight to get reprints. Will go back to my usual supplier.
回复: Did what we could. Resin is glass in all reality. Please understand. We try and predict carriers but it also is outside our control any box can be crushed and ruin a shipment. If you would like a replacement I could reevaluate how to make the container more rigid all parts let us in one peice so damage is all shipper.
