Quality industrial grade printing with large build volume and dual independent extruders for challenging prints.

- Large 400x400x500cm build volume.
- Independent Dual Extruders (IDEX) for dual color or soluble support materials.
- Direct drive custom extruders for high print quality and flexible materials.
- High temperature extruder for materials like nylon.
- Custom climate controlled enclosure for consistent quality and difficult to print materials.

All designs are personally reviewed and you will be notified before a print is started to discuss potential problem areas and clarify requirements if needed.

PVA or HIPS support materials available for dual extruder complex prints.

Other materials or colours not listed can be obtained for a $10 stocking fee.

The default printer nozzle size is 0.4mm with a 0.2mm layer height for a good balance between print quality, part strength and print time. Other nozzle sizes (0.25mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm and 1.0mm) are available on request with a $10 fee for the nozzle change and printer re-calibration. For the 0.25mm nozzle the part cost is double due to the long print times.
