Highline Technical Enterprises LLC offers comprehensive design and limited manufacturing service for a variety of personal and professional projects. We can model and prototype your project from as little as a detailed written description of your device's indented function, or turn your rough sketch into a detailed 3D model. Free revisions are available for most projects, and 3D print services are available at a competitive rate. While 3D printing is available as a stand alone service, more advanced prototyping and small to mid-scale production options are available for our design service clients. These options included CNC milled metal components, electromechanical devices, and multi-material assembles. Projects involving custom PCBs are available but must be approved on a case-by-case basis. FEA is available for most projects to ensure that your protype stands up the stresses of its application. All project requests are reviewed by the design team prior to estimating and may be declined if the scope of work falls too far outside of our areas of expertise, or is overly complex for the timeline expectations.
