I have made several orders through Kepler. Outstanding quality and speed ever single time across several different material types.

Good print quality. Was nice enough to also ship the failed prints they experienced, which is nice. The one complaint and this is probably a use case issue more so than a printer issue. If you order this same order for Star Trek Ascencancy, the items default to 1 of each. But in order to get the product as expected, you need to increase the quantity of a number of items. Specifically some of the holding trays and more of the ship/nodes/fleet trays. It defaults to 1, but you need 1 for each expansion. But the printer is just a printer and probably doesn't know the specific use case, so I'll chalk that up to user error on my part.

Very impressed with the quality and communication. Would highly recommend!
