some pieces arrived already broken , some other with evident defects got shipped anyway

回复: About "quality": I didn't received complains before that reviews, so I can't help you about broken parts anymore, sorry. About time: It wasn't fast in general but you never mentioned time, never discussed, so there aren't a specifich delay here, I can't modify the automated lead time. I suggest to read the questions I added everywhere possible, they are ment to help the customer to give the useful information. P.S: Extra parts for free: I add them, sometimes, for any possible test (Why I shouldn't?)
