I'm from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. If you far away from me, I can send your order to you via Post Service. Cheapest postal service to any country just 4$ per 0.1 kg, just 8$ up to 0.5 kg. I'll give you tracking number and you can track your parcel.
Customers from Europe may expect faster shipping time of 1-2 weeks, US customers may expect usually 2-3 weeks shipping time. But I can't guarantee this time limits because of the nature of economy international shipping where many carriers are involved.
If you want fast shipping - just say, FedEx, DHL, EMS... Anything you can pay for :)
