The received product was overall good. One of my pieces had some bend to it compared to the other, but I can chalk that up to the design, materials, and reality of printing. On speed, my ETA was March 24, but I received it April 6, while my order was placed March 12. That seems slow, but I can understand being busy or having a backlog. On comms, I got a reply to my initial order, but nothing after after timing expectations and no reply to a message I sent, so that was a little disappointing.
