The pictured items were sent to me as pictured without being removed from the excess filament from each part which left it up to me to remove from that part individually. I would have liked to have that stuff removed from the part itself and I thought that was going to happen. Overall happy except for that.

The received product was overall good. One of my pieces had some bend to it compared to the other, but I can chalk that up to the design, materials, and reality of printing. On speed, my ETA was March 24, but I received it April 6, while my order was placed March 12. That seems slow, but I can understand being busy or having a backlog. On comms, I got a reply to my initial order, but nothing after after timing expectations and no reply to a message I sent, so that was a little disappointing.

Always a pleasure. Work was fantastic.
