I ordered two of the same print, and only received one. After notifying the manufacturer, they acknowledged they had failed to see the order was for two, and said they would print it. I never received the second item. The manufacturer stated that it was shipped, but did not send any evidence of this or tracking info, and they have not responded to several messages over several weeks now.
I ordered this part in PETG. When it arrived it was clearly printed in PLA. I've attempted to contact the maker and have not received any help. It took a few days for them to respond. They claimed that the part is printed in PETG but it's clear to me that this is not the case.
First I ordered one ring as a test because I wasn't sure it would even work the way I wanted to (it's to keep my cats from opening their timed dishes). It worked perfectly so I ordered three more! For the first time in a long time, the cats can no longer crack open their evening meal early (and then start loudly complaining about breakfast at some ungodly hour!)
Yes, my cats figured out how to hook the dial with their claws and advance them to open the dishes early.
