We are a family-owned and operated small business located in south-central Minnesota in Mankato, MN. We are about an hour southwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul. We opened for business in 2006 by selling one type of sandpaper out of our garage. We operated as a home-based business with just myself and my wife for the first five years. After 5 years, our business grew and took over our entire home forcing a move to a small warehouse. We also needed help so we hired our first employee, Shelly. Today we employ 10 fantastic full-time people. My wife, daughter, and son have all worked here. We are as mom and pop as it gets.
Our goal isn’t to be the biggest, we do want to be exceptional at taking care of customers, at treating employees well, at being priced right and having a wide inventory of products and materials that are trend right. We are constantly sourcing new to market items. We design and have custom manufactured dozens of knife related items here in the USA. We sell to the beginning hobbyist, the part time and full time knife maker and many of the world’s largest cutlery making firms. We ship around the world daily. Finally, we work with companies to have custom parts made to their specifications up to and including fully complete knives.
