I take on everything from a single prototype to a batch of 20-30 identical
functional parts. For technical/load-bearing parts I use PETG, ASA, ABS, or
PC. For enclosures, mounts, and everyday utility prints I use PLA, TPU, or
wood-filled PLA. For display pieces — figures, collectibles, gifts — I print
in multicolor PLA where the finish matters as much as the fit.
Before I start printing, I open every file and check overall print quality,
orientation, and — depending on the part — aesthetics or structural strength,
so problems get caught before plastic gets wasted, not after.
