Nexmac LLC is a mechanical engineering company with an in-house additive manufacturing division focused on functional FDM components. Through this division, we produce prototypes, replacement parts, jigs, fixtures, custom tooling, and low-volume production components. Our engineering background allows us to review each project for manufacturability, material suitability, fit, dimensional requirements, and intended function before production. We support customers with production-ready files as well as projects requiring CAD modification, design optimization, or mechanical engineering assistance.
