I am a partner at a Makerspace and we offer low cost resin printing to introduce people to 3D printing, and to provide a low cost option for a service can can often be out of reach for students, makers, and cosplayers. I am a certified Project Management Professional and use standardized informational templates to bring your order from inception to completion with ample amounts of information and feedback. I also create engineering-like 3D models and use smart support placement for clean aesthetics and ease of removal/cleanup. I can also fix many problems that I would encounter with submitted models. I use quite a few 3D applications for editing and repair of models including: Rhino, NetFabb, Meshmixer, SketchUp Pro, Mudbox, MeshLab, Wings3d, and Maya.
To keep costs low, I typically leave support materials on the prints. Support removal and cleanup work can be completed by me for an upcharge (seriously, cheaper if you do it).
The quote for standard resins is for 100 microns, 50 and 25 are typically reasonable upcharges (each lower increment doubles print time; 25 microns is typically only useful for ultra small details, your typical prints look awesome at 100 for engineering parts, or 50 for detailed work). Castable resin is quoted for 25 microns only, you want the details for jewelry as it is typically tiny to begin with.
