If this review gets uploaded, it has been a long time coming, some issue with treatstock. I've even sent several emails to fix the issues but no response. We take services for granted nowadays that are run by everyday people that need to make a living. The Robotics Company is head and shoulders above the other 3D print suppliers I've tried here on treatstock.com. They know they're stuff and go above and beyond with communication and service. They converse with the customer if something needs adjusting for the printing process and the prints turn out exceptional. I've already placed several orders with them and their service with each order is Great! Awesome! Unbelievable! Send them a message and they will give the customer suggestions that will suit their needs and purpose. You have a life long customer.
Needed some 3d prints. I've tried a few suppliers on treatstock.com and I find The Robotics Company to be communicative with suggestions and honest in supplying 3D prints and other services to customers. They are fussy when it comes to print quality and know how to print. I've also included some prints (black parts) from my first order which turned out exceptionally good. This manufacturer is at the top of my list when ordering 3d parts from now on. Good Work!
I ordered these prints with a high infill percentage. The supplier contacted me to suggest lowering the infill and set different parameters. Had to message treatstock.com to cancel the order and make another as it would lower the cost. I hardly know anything about settings for 3d printing but it was nice to be communicated with printing recommendations. The prints turned out very well when I had them in-hand. The supplier is very helpful and is responsive.
