Smaller parts usually print in a day! High quality small and very large 3d printing. Have a Raise3d N2+ and a couple of modified Makerbot Replicator 2's. The Raise has a build volume of 12" x 12" x 24" and a layer resolution of .01mm.

Prints are Free of Warp, Layers are bonded properly, no strings, smooth, consistent color, and within 0.5% of the dimensions listed. Flat tops are not going to be as smooth as sides.

For parts that need a little flex Polymax PLA can be used. Nylon is good if the part needs to move. PLA is best if the object is a solid block. Larger parts can be printed in sections and they will fit precisely. PLA paints very easily and takes filler unlike some SLA resins and Nylon.
